This company, the central offices of which are in Barcelona, was founded in 1964. It has developed diverse projects, ranging from hotels and shopping centres to residential and corporate complexes. Over recent years, it has focussed its activities on the creation of corporate buildings and residences.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia and Warsaw, and a permanent team of 120 employees, Layetana is a solid, serious and respected company. One particularly important project was the Agbar Tower, the work of the famous architect Jean Nouvel, which has now become a symbol of modern Barcelona.
